Question
Good afternoon,

I have a 3 months old son that I have been nursing since birth.  I have not had any problems.  I am back to work and pump during the day.  I nurse him in the morning, when I return from work and during the night.  I pump twice during the day but I'm not producing the same amount.  The problem is, I produce in about 5 minutes 4-5 oz in one breast and if I'm lucky 2 in the other.  What can I do to produce more in the one?

Thank you,
Lynne

Answer
its normal for one breast to produce more than the other. However, the best way to get the one side to produce more would be to nurse more often or pump more often on that one side. you can attempt mothers milk tea but it would effect both breasts.  it an option though!

You shouldnt need too much more in the second side, most babies adjust quite well to one side being less as most women have the same issue.
