Breastfeeding/Milk Dried up

Question
Is it possible to get my milk back after it's dried up?  I had a really bad virus & had to stop breastfeeding 4 weeks ago.  I switched my baby to the bottle, but she is constantly wanting to breastfeed.  My milk has been totally gone for past 3 weeks & my breasts have shrunk and gone soft.  Can I put her to the breast & will that cause me to produce milk again, or has too much time gone by?

Answer
You will have to try it and see. there is no one answer for this one that is true for all women. her nursing again may stimulate more milk to come in again. You just have to try it and see. you can also take mothers milk tea or fenugreek to stimulate more milk and hope it works.

Good luck!
