Question
i am breast feeding my baby for the past 6 months but i have not shed a single pound nor have i had periods since after delivery. wat should i do? can i take any medicine to have periods?

Answer
You shouldnt need to. The body's way of protecting itself while nursing from getting pregnant again it to supress ovulation. This way you don't get pregnant while you are still feeding another baby. So, it is a good thing :) Very normal :)

It is not always fool proof though. SO don't use it was birth control. as you could ovulate before you realize you are. And as soon as solids are fed, it can bring it back also. It could be away for 6 months or 18 months. Depends on your babies hormones. but it is all normal.
