Question
Hi ive been breast feeding a lil over 14 months. Ive had my period the last 7 - 8 months. Should they be regular by now or is it normal for them to be late? I dont know if i should be thinking im pregnant again or if it will just come when it does???

Answer
Yes, it is very common for your periods to be irregular while breastfeeding. If you are concerned about getting pregnant but do not want to take medication to prevent it, I suggest getting a book called taking charge of your fertility by toni welcher. This will help you dramatically in knowing when its safe or not :)
