Breastfeeding/quantity

Question
It seems like I have plenty of breast milk for the first 3 or 4 feedings of the day, but then around dinner time I seem empty.  What could the reason be?  My daughter is 3 weeks old.

Answer
Our breasts naturally do this. The baby needs the biggest meal in the morning so the breasts are fullest then. and as the day progresses, they have smaller meals. Biologically that is how we are all suppose to eat :) Babies just are born with that good way of eating built in :) So all is well, there is plenty of milk for your little one. Just nurse when she wants it :)

I hope that helped.
