Question
QUESTION: I was trying to breastfeed my 2 going on 3 months old son. he refuse to take it and last night i try to pump the milk out i dont see any dripping. Is my breastmilk is dry or i dont know? im concern and worried

ANSWER: Did you just start nursing? Or have you been nursing since birth? If you just started, then yes, likely your milk is not there. If you have been nursing for almost 3 months and get nothing out of the pump, you either need a better pump, or havent been doing it long enough. If you have been nursing, if the baby is getting enough by feeding, then you shoudl be fine and only need to pump longer .

I hope that helped !

And plus i had my period on november 20th finish november 28th

Answer
Yes, the pill you are on can decrease your supply. You also dont have a very efficient pump. You need a dual electric that is one made alot better. Like the ameda egnell, or medela, bailey's makes a great pump also.

I would suggest if you are serious about breastfeeding, Find someone who can do an in person consult as  you have a complex issue that should be evaluated in person. Start by going to www.lli.org and finding someone in your area who does free counceling.

Good luck!
