Question
I want to still breastfeed my 6 month old but can i give her formula once in a while when i go out?

Answer
Feeding a little formula if you need to go out will not hurt your baby, but if you have the option, getting a pump and pumping milk for while you are away would be better for the baby and better to keep your milk supply up. if you are planning on more than one bottle a week of formula, and want to continue keeping that milk up, I would reccomend pumping while you are going to be away from baby.

I much rather would have women give a bottle of formula now and again than to stop nursing :)

Hope that helped!
