Breastfeeding/Too many poos

Question
Lucas is a little over one year old and is still being breast fed.  For quite awhile, he has had sooo many soiled nappies, nearly every one. It does not seem normal for a baby to have so many pooey nappies.  What could be causing this?  I am aware this can be related to teething, but so many nappies??  His general health is ok.  What should I avoid in my diet that may negatively effect him via the breastmik?

I would appreciate any advice.  Many thanks

Answer
My first guess would also be the teething, runny noses often also make them go more and it be more runny as well. he could have an allergy to too much frusit juice, esp citrus, or too much dairy. you can try to eliminate them and see if it makes a difference. but if it is just something that recently came up, then its more likely something going on intestinally or like teething etc. You should prabably have her checked by a doctor if it continues or makes her gets rashes.

Good luck!
