Question
i have been breastfeeding for 4 weeks around week five i had to go back to work and started to dry up.  we are now at week six and i am not getting anything out for about 3 days now. is there any way to get my milk supply back in?  i know it is probably to late but i wanted to make sure before i completely gave up.

Answer
the best way to get milk to come in is by stimulation. nurse nurse nurse nurse every chance you get and pump longer and more frequently. take mothers milk tea and fenugreek and hope for the best! its not too late if you work enough at it !

best of luck!
