Question
hi i delivered a month back,  after 15days of my delivery i got engorged breast of left side, my dr gave a picotin injection to release the milk, after that my lactation on my left side became really less. I am able to express only 30ml of my milk and right side i get milk which i can feed only after 8hours i have to give top feed can u please help me how to increase my lactation on both the sides

Answer
Hello,
Sorry for my late answer as I lost internet connection at home.
It seems like you feed your baby every four hours.  You can try changing that to two hours, feeding each feed from a different breast. Your baby might not get much at each feed, but this will definitely trigger the breast to produce more milk.  The more milk your baby sucks, the more milk your breast produces.  Try this out and keep me updated.
Best of luck.
