Question
I was having irregular periods due to PCOD right from starting,after 6 mths medication for ovulation i concieved but got miscarried after 8 wks due to undeoloped sac. I was having extreeme nausia& vomiting during my pregnancy. My doctor suggested some(Emeset) medicine for that. I got so many problems with medicine like constipation, drowsiness and i feel that it miscarried due to that medicine. please tell me is it safe to use medicines for nausia during pregnancy & how can i avoid nausia naturally boz i am trying for pregnancy.

I had the same thing while I was pregnant and vomited the whole 8 months. So I know there are many medications that you can take while pregnant for vomiting. although it is up to your doctor to prescribe them to you. Keeping a diet bland can often help alot. listen to what your body tells you that you crave and eat from there. small bites at a time , slowly all day vs eating a big meal. the good news is, it doesnt mean it will happen next time. and it usually goes away after 12 weeks. sometimes you just have to bear it :(
