Question
Is it normal for one breast to be larger than the other while breastfeeding? and what can i do to help the other breast catch up with the other?

Answer
yes, it is normal for one to be bigger than the other. if its a dramatic difference you can attempt to feed the baby more on the smaller side to increase milk in that side. but over a few months they will even out some usually. its normal for baby to pick one that they like better and hence, it gets a bit bigger.
