Question
I stopped breastfeeding my son 2 weeks ago he has been breastfead for 18 months. The problem is that I feel a difference between the shape of my breasts,in the right side it seams to be smaller and hurts when touched and I can feel like a lump on it under the areola. Please answer my question as soon as possible.
Thanks for your time

Answer
It can take a while depending on the woman to let breasts both get back to normal. the tender spot could be a clogged duct. use a warm compress and when in the shower, massage into it down towards your nipple to release the milk. when you get moments a lone, a few times a day you can use the warm compress and do the same thing. it should get better as the day goes by. continue for a few days till it dissapears for about 24 hours to make sure its gone.

Good luck :)
