Question
hii...my daughter is 11 months old now,i stopped breastfeeding when she was 6 months old..but even now i can see some milk drops ooze out when i press by breast.....is there any possibilty of increasing my breast milk supply...please do reply me

Answer
yes, if you still have signs of milk you can certianly try to rebuild some supply. Pump with a good dual electic pump every 2 hours, drink mothers milk tea and take fenugreek and try to get the baby to nurse as much as possible. the more stimulation the more milk you will make.

good luck :)
