Question
I would like to loose some weight and My baby is almost full time nurser (She supplements w/ Formula/breast milk mix while at work).
I am getting married in 2 weeks and I looked at my BMI and I am severely obese it says and I would like to know if I can take anything that would not hurt the baby. or do some kind of diet?

Answer
diet pills and medications that claim to help you lose wight are not reccomended while nursing or preegnant. however, you can change how you eat and excercise and it will be much more effective and the baby will still get all it needs ;)

good luck!
