Question
Hello Ruth.My son is 3months old and I've got some problems with feeding him for few weeks. After about 10 minutes, sometimes less,he starts to be fussy and cry and refuse a nipple. He wants it but then refuses it.When I switch breast he is happy, but only for another 10minutes.Sometimes it helps when I walk around with him when I feed him,or when I gently tap his bum.He is not choking and he spits up often but not after every feed.Thank you very much for your help.

Answer
it sounds to me like  he needs to burp. often they get fidgety and fussy when they have to burp, because the baby settles being upright it might just need to let that milk settle and then decide it wants more... it doesnt sound like anything is wrong really as much as you can just modify... so before he starts really fussing, take him off to burp him as the more he crys the more air he will swallow :)

good luck!
