Hi, I've just stopped breast feeding a few days ago and I'm getting allot of uncomfort and pain. I want to know how long it will take until this pain will go and what to do to stop the pain.
depends on what is causing the pain. if it is full breasts from milk take some sage tea and put some fresh cabbage leaves on your breasts until it wilts over time, the replace them. it should go away in a few days.
