Breastfeeding/Stool changes and spitting up more frequently

Question
My baby is 3 months and 2 weeks.  And my kiddos stools have changed from seedy and yellow to mucus and yellow with more of a smell.  Also, he went from never spitting up to spitting up all the time.
The only thing that has changed for me- is A) I am working out 6 days a week and B) I am eating much healthier than before.  He isn't real fussy, but is a shockingly calm baby anyway- it takes quite a lot for him to fuss.
I would like your input on what the cause could be and if this is something to pursue medically or not.
Thank you so much for your time!

Answer
often as colostrum leaves the milk, the milk starts to change consistency to be thicker and have more of a smell. Babies tend to be more gassy as well. The mucous can be many things but I would give a call to your pediatrician just in case they want to see the baby. Although because baby is acting well, it isn't likely an issue.
