Question
Help!  My breast milk supply really seems to have dropped off in the last few days.  My 4 month old daughter does not seems satisifed and is frustrated at the breast (pullls the nipple far back and is not swallowing).  She semms to be sucking but not swallowing, does this mean no milk is coming?  I tried pumping after i fed her and no milk is coming.  My period just started this week, can this be affecting my milk supply?

Answer
Your milk supply effects your period usually. If you are giving solids, formula or pacifiers it will decrease your milk supply, then telling your body to get a period back.

To build your supply back up, you need to pump every 2 hours for a few days and nurse the baby more frequently.

I hope that helped!
