Breastfeeding/How can I increase my milk supply

Question
I've been trying to breast feed my baby since day 1 but my milk came
really late about 1 week later. In the interim I still let baby latch on and
use cup feeding (about 30-50ml) but baby got jaundice and my pd is
against cup feedig and hence we changed him to bottle feed (using nipple
type teat) + latch on(breast feed) The jaundice came down but my milk
supply contd to be low. I breast feed for 15 min each side, bottle feed now
for abt 40-60ml of milk, and i breast pump after each feed for 20-30min
and all I get max is 25ml (once) most time is 10-20ml total from pimping.
I'm using a good pump supposedly but my milk supply is not increasing.
I'm also taking fenugreek and vit b complex. It has been 2 weeks and I'm
really worried as my initial intention is to go on 100% breast feed.

Answer
Now that the jaundice has gone down, go back to cup feeding and let the baby nurse from you as often as possible. OR get a supplimental nursing system . you can find out what one is here

Use this instead of a bottle. Continue pumping every 2 hours, try another herb like mothers milk tea and take alot of fiber as this will help increase the milk as well.

With those things as well as the SNS and the baby stimulating your breasts by sucking instead of a bottle, hopefully the supply will come up.

You may have your thyroid checked also as that can cause milk supply to be low as well.

I hope that helped!
