Hi

My baby i just under 2 weeks old
I have been breastfeeding exclusively
I noticed that shortly after feeding he has bowel movements
They sound like diahera - theres this farting noise while he is going out
is it ok for him to be going out this often ?
is my milk giving him diahorrea ?

Your baby is perfectly normal. for the first 6 weeks this is what is suppose to happen. this means he is getting enough milk and that it is doing what it is suppose to :)

it seems runny like diahorrea but it is normal.  It should be a yelloish color as well.

Rest assured it is perfect :) Seeming gassy is normal too as their digestive system becomes acclimated to working on its own.
