Question
I recently had the flu and I am still suffering the after effects with Diarrhea! Not even thinking this morning I took and Imodium advance for some relief, I'm sure the pill wasn't in my stomach a minute when I realized I completely forgot about nursing my 6 month old son! HE nurses exclusively as he refuses formula bottles! Is it okay to keep nursing him? Should I be pumping it off? If so for how long?? Hes hungry and I'm terrified it may hurt him!!!
Thanks for your help in advance

Answer
You will be fine with continuing to nurse him. No need to fear :) you might also try to get some acidopholous from your local health food store to help get your own gut back to normal. it will be far more beneficial than the immodium for longer term.

for future reference you can also check any medication at www.safefetus.com  :)

Good luck! I hope that helped!
