Breastfeeding/I feel guilty, what can i do?`

Question
I recently had a baby girl 7 weeks ago. I wanted to breast feed her, and I tried in the hospital, but she refused to latch on and drink.  She is very demanding when she is hungry, and it just wasn't getting to her fast enough. I eventually broke down on my last night in the hospital and asked for a bottle.  I bottle fed her when I got home, but after a few days, I tried to give her the breast again...Nothing, she fought me tooth and nail.  Now my milk is dried up, and she is doing well, but i really miss trying to nurse. I feel guilty that I gave up so quickly. Is there any way to get my body to produce milk again or am I too late? I don't mind bottle feeding, because I did with my first daughter, but I really miss that closeness.  What can I do?

Thanks,
Sharon

Answer
Hello! I suggest trying http://www.asklenore.info/ . this site gives you the options you have that will best be able to bring your milk back and guide you to the easiest way :)

Sometimes, as women, we are really good at guilting ourselves. It is a hard thing to get out of. Trust now, that is in the past. You are doing all that you can now to bring nursing back and remember as you go along that any breastmilk is better than none!

Good luck and good for you for trying!
