Question
I used to pump and be able to get anywhere between 2-4 FL oz from each breast in 15 min. .now I Can barely get 1 FL oz combined. .does that mean my supply is gone. .I've been pumping for about two weeks now n still not getting results... has my milk stopped coming or will it eventually increase?

Answer
you dont indicate how old your baby is and if the baby is breastfeeding at all. I know you are pumping but the baby will get far more out of your breasts than the pump ever will. So if you can get baby to nurse more frequently that will help. You can also take mothers milk tea, fenugreek and increase your fiber in your diet. If you power pump for 3 or 4 days, ( every hour during the day and 2 at  night) then it should increase after a few days as well. best of luck!
