Question
I am pragnent and I have a baby girl 16 months old. I want to stop breast feeding to my baby but she is not cooprating.
I dont know how I can stop breast feeding without crying me and my baby. I dont want to do this by force please help me?

Answer
Try weaning only one feeding at a time. for a week or two give up one feeding, then start with the next delaying the feedings over time. Then, eventually wean them completely. if you do it slowly over time, she will not cry as much. When she asks for it, you will have to redirect her to something else and keep doing it over and over then eventually give in. But put longer times between the nursing so that its is a slow process and she doesnt feel rejected.
