Question
Hi,
I have been breastfeeding my baby until he has reach 1 years old. I have been fully breastfeed him without using any bottles.I have tried giving him bottle before, but he refused to take it. I need to go to work soon and planning on weaning him,but I don't know what should I do.he want to breastfeed before going to sleep.everynight,he will wakes up several time crying for my breast.I don't know what should I do.please help me. :(

Answer
Many babies don't like bottles after they have been breastfeeding. Try giving a sippy cup instead as bottles are not really good for their mouths anyway. You can also try cups with spouts like reusable water containers that people use for sporting events with little spaces for the liquid to come out.

The best suggestion I have for finding ways for baby to sleep is a book called the no cry sleep solution by susan pantley. This will help you walk through your issues and hopefully find a way to get him to rest more at night.
