Breastfeeding/Low milk supply

Question
I was wondering I have a 3 month old and am breastfeeding him but notice that this experience is nopthing like when I breast fed my daughter 3 years ago.  With her I was always full and leaked with my son never full or leaking even at night when he sleeps 8 hours straight.  I had pump 2 hours after my son's last feeding and got less then 1 oz of milk from both breast.  I have hypothyrodism and have been on synthroid 200mcg for the past 6 months I just went to get my thyroid re-checked 3 months after giving birth and they adjusted my doseage.  Couls being on the wrong dose for 3 months caused my milk supply to be low and getting on the right dose will that help increase my milk supply?

Answer
This is a stumper question for me. I have no experiance in dealing with Hypothyroidism or Synthroid. I did some research and found this artical that is very informative.

http://thyroid.about.com/gi/dynamic/offsite.htm?zi=1/XJ&sdn=thyroid&zu=http%3A%2...

Scroll down to the artical on breastmilk and Hypothyroidism. Very interesting reading. I did a yahoo search listing "Synthroid and breastfeeding" it pulled up 734 articals on the subject.

Good luck to you, I wish I could be of more help.
