Question
I HAVE A MALE LONG HAIRED SIAMESE AND A FEMALE TRADITIONAL SHORT HAIRED SIAMESE, BOTH ARE SEAL POINTS. IF I BREED WILL THE KITTENS BE SHORT HAIRED, OR LONG HAIRED, OR BOTH?

Answer
Hi Zena

The long haired gene is a recessive gene so if only one parent has the gene then the kittens will be carriers genotypically but display short haired phenotypical.
If both parents carry then the kittens could be both.
It really depends on the background of the short haired female
