Question
hello it is me again with boe and her kittens!!

well you see the momma boe is manx and the daddy is a black and white tabby!!

but boes mom was a black and white tabby and the dad was a white manx.

now boes kittens father is a black and white tabby.

( is i possibl for there to be an orange and white siamese??????

Answer
Hi Kasadee

The problem you have is that Boe got out to be mated.  Its is quite possible that she was mated by more than one cat so this kitten could the product of a second mating by another male.

You can never be sure of what you are going to get when you do not know the father's parentage and the only way to be sure of colours etc is to take Boe to a proper stud where you know he is the only one to mate her.

Expertise

I can give answers on cat breeding and showing having 'served' over 30 years in this particular field. I head up a Yahoo Group and also a cat club (NBA Cat Club) devoted to educating novices in the correct way to breed, and also show with both GCCF and TICA on a regular basis, and am well versed with the show world, having been involved in the management of the major GCCF Supreme Show in the UK for over 25 years. Genetics however is not my strong point.
