Question
QUESTION: my cat boe was thought to be pregnant 1 month ago. she was showing every signs of pregnancy. the exact same ones from her first pregnancy. b ut last night 2 male all black cats came to my house. one went for my cat Alexis who the black cat already mated with and the other went for my cat boe. he mated with her several times and when i got her into the house her neck was all wet and her behind area was wet and sticky. i was wondering why they would do this..

ANSWER: Hi Kasadee

Normally queens who are pregnant will fight off any aggressive male who attempts to mate with her, so the chances are she may not have been pregnant.

Queens also come into partial heat even during pregnancy and this may have happened
I would suggest that you keep her in if you can. You can never be sure that the two males are perfectly healthy, they could, in view of their fighting, be carriers of FIV or some other disease that they could pass on to your queen causing her to suffer and even kill the unborn kittens

QUESTION: ok well, last night the boy cat mated with boe every 3 seconds for 2 hours. finally when i called her he mated with her again and i heard this squurting sounds and then she started screeming. then when he was done she started rolling around on the cement and in the grass.

why is this??

Answer
Ok Kasadee

I do not want to embarass you so here is a cut down version of Sex Education 101.
When two animals have sex the male needs to ejaculate his sperm into the vagina of the female. In cats the squirting you heard may well have been his ejactulation taking place. The queen will then know that she has received sone sperm and want him to get off her so she will scream and attack him as a sign to get off her.

She will then roll around the floor to cover her body in his scent to put off any other potential suitors, it is instinct for her to do this.

So this will confirm that the mating has definitely taken place. Now the ideal thing is to keep her away from the tom for the next twenty days to ensure pregnancy can develop
