Question
QUESTION: hi my cat was due this week we think..she attacked me this morning as i stroked her and her nipples are very large and have white stuff on it she also havent bin out for 2 days andd she eating loads ...do u think it will be soon

ANSWER: Hi

Cats gestation lasts between 63-65 days but its not unusual for them to go to 70 days.  They do tend to eat a little less just before they are due so that is quite a good indication.

I'm sure it won't be long before you have some babies.

QUESTION: sorry to be a pain is it best to keep her in i have a litter tray ready and she has a bout 2 wees in it in the last 2 hrs , when she normally goes outside ,,thanks ,from a excited waiting grannie xx

Answer
Yes indeed it is best to keep her in as you wouldn't want her to be 'taken short' and have them in an inappropriate place.  Also if she had any problems you need to be on hand to get her to the vet.  Most births are normal though.

Good luck.

Expertise

I can give answers on cat breeding and showing having 'served' over 30 years in this particular field. I head up a Yahoo Group and also a cat club (NBA Cat Club) devoted to educating novices in the correct way to breed, and also show with both GCCF and TICA on a regular basis, and am well versed with the show world, having been involved in the management of the major GCCF Supreme Show in the UK for over 25 years. Genetics however is not my strong point.

Experience

30 years of continuous cat breeding and showing with two major organisations.
