Question
QUESTION: hi my cat is 6 weeks preganant but I have noticed her nipples are black and the one that are not black they are brown below like a scab is it normal.

ANSWER: Hi sorry I thought I had already replied to this but it failed to go to you
Take your cat to the vet, because I am unsure why the nipples should turn black. How are you sure that your cat is six weeks pregnant, did you see her mate or has her nipples pinked up. If she mated but her nipples did not pink up then she may not be pregnant. She has some problem with the nipples that will require attention by a vet

QUESTION: hi i did take her to the vet they said it was pigmentation but I'm not sure as one nipple has not developed as the others and turned black. yes i saw the mating take place.

Answer
Hi naz
I too saw my cat mating three times but unfortunately she didn't get pregnant so it may be that you cat is not pregnant either. Can I suggest you ask your vet to do a scan to see if there are any kittens inside.
If she was pregnant her nipples would have turned pink, but as  they have not it suggests the mating did not take
