AnswerThis is a nice gown, and the only option you have is to add sleeves, but the only thing I can tell you is to take the picture of the gown at front view and show it to a dress maker and see if they add something to it. Make sure the dress maker is experienced in altering and tailoring wedding gowns. The last thing you need is to pay $600 for a gown that got ruined because you had an inexperienced dress maker adding what may not look right. Since you're getting the gown from David's Bridal ask them what can they suggest you add to it to make it look the way you want. Since the trim is crushed velvet you want something that will not clash with that fabric.
