Question
n a ministerial form of government .WHO WILL CHOOSE THE PRIME MINISTER AND WHAT ARE THE FUNCTIONS OF THE PRIME MINISTER

Answer
In the United Kingdom, the Prime Minister is the leader of the largest party in the House of Commons. If a party changes leader between elections, there is no requirement for that new leader to face the country in a new general election.

For the details of the PM's functions, may I recommend Googling "10 Downing Street"
