I arrive in Harwich via cruise ship on June 27 and fly out the next morning from Stansted at 10:15am.  What are my options for getting to Stansted?  Thanks,  Vici

I'm afraid that despite the relative proximity of Stansted and Harwich, you will have to travel into London and back out to reach the airport by public transport.

From Harwich there is a direct train service into London's Liverpool Street train station. For there you can catch the direct train to Stansted Airport - the Stansted Express.

The total journey time for this route is just between 2½ and 3 hours, meaning that you might prefer to travel on your arrival, rather than waiting until the following morning. The fare price is approximately £35 one-way.

You may prefer to enquire about a quotation for a taxicab for the direct  journey. I cannot recommend a particular firm, but did find this website which may be useful:
