Question
Michael,My wife and I arrive Heathrow terminal 5  on June 4 at 14.55 and need to get to Gatwick Terminal N for a flight to Venice leaving 18.40.Both flights with BA.What is the quickest way to get there? Thanks,Andrew

Answer
Hello Andrew,
Thanks for your email.
You have quite a short gap between your two flights, so you may wish to take further advice from BA about the options for easy check-in.
In terms of travel between the airports, by far the quickest option will  be by taxi cab. This will take around an hour, and probably cost in the region of £65 to £90.
The next quickest option, and far cheaper, will be by direct coach. These service take around 1¼ hours. Coaches leave Heathrow every 15 minutes during the day, with single fares costing £19.
For more information on coach routes, visit the website of National Express at www.gobycoach.com and look for their InterAirport options.
I hope that this helps to make your decision.

Regards
Michael

Hopefully having lived here since birth, I will know a fair bit about the area...although I can't claim to know it all!
