I have a friend in the UK and he want me to visit him overther in the UK,and he as also promise that is going to add all document needed for him to send such as, bank statements, pay slips, evidence of other savings or financial commitments, details of available accommodation.

ANSWER: The Visa requirements vary depending on where you are from, amongst other things, so I would need to know what passport you hold and how long you intend to stay.

That said, I cannot give legal advice, as I'm sure you'll understand, but I can refer you to the relevant information and contacts.

There are still some delays in issuing Visas, and you will have to attend an office of the British High Commission.
