Dear Emoor,
Hi!! I come from Hong Kong and will spend my holiday in London and Norwich. Pls kindly advise that any local mobile phone card can use to call between London and Norwich or just within Norwich?? If yes, how much is the card and how many mins?? Where can I buy this kind of card?? Pls advise.

I do not have the exact price of such a card but there are many many places in London where you can buy the card.  There are telephone shops such as cell phone warehouse and others.  Go into any telephone shop and ask about the card you will need.  You should have no trouble in London finding every kind of phone or card.
