Question
What is  the travel time from Harwich to Heatrow and the ways to do it. Thanks so much.

Answer
Hi there

Well most direct route is by train to Liverpool Street. Then take tube to Paddington and then Heathrow Express to Heathrow.

I would reckon on this taking at least two and a half hours - you could take a cab from Liverpool Street to Paddington but that could actually take more time - probably better if you have a lot of luggage though as you would have to change tubelines...

Alternatively you can book a car to take you all the way avoiding the centre of London - there are lots of companies offering this service and then you can avoid central London. Also may be cheaper if there are several of you.. Try googling Harwich to Heathrow for some suggestions..

If you look on the Tripadvisor website and enter heathrow to harwich there is a lot of discussion in the forums on this topic which may be of help

I have also travelled extensively in the US so I can offer advice to Americans coming to London on a cross cultural basis.
