Question
I m a student from India living in Dallas. I m planning to goto India during the break. I booked my ticket on British Airways. On my return journey I have 23 hrs lay over in London. I want to visit my cousin in London. DO I need to have a visa to enter London as I have a valid US visa and ticket to US? Also If I need a visa how much would it cost? Do I need to apply when I m in the US or can I get it in the London airport. Please help me on this.

Thanks in Advance.

Answer
Raj, I truly wish I could be of assistance, but I simply don't know the answer. When I have traveled to England and Ireland, my US passport was sufficient to enter and depart. I would suggest checking online with the British visitation web sites to see what rules apply. Again, sorry I cannot help.
