Answer
Hi Suraj

Go to http://www.thetrainline.com and simply enter Edinburgh, then Nottingham and the date.  Remember to put in a start time of 07:00 so it tells you all the trains of the day.  Otherwise, it will default to only showing trains after the time you enter the website.

If it says at the bottom of the train times that it has one or two changes, click on that number and it will give you full details of the changes.

There is a luggage rack in each carriage at the end of the carriage, there are luggage shelves above the seats and some spaces between the backs of some seats to slide in bags.  All depends on how big your bag is.  Do try to keep an eye on your bag every time you approach a station.  I was on a train earlier this year and somebody had their bag stolen and didn't notice until they reached their own station and presumably, the thief had jumped off at a previous stop, pretending the bag was their own.

I have never head of it happening before, but some people will try anything.

Hope this helps,

Willie
