Hello mr White,
is a foreigner, non britain citizen allowed to set up a business account in the UK?
If yes, what´s necessary?
How long does it take? How much it costs, in average? Which type of business? Commerce, say a music CD and t-shirts street store.

Generally, if you are a citizen of a European Union country, you can work and operate a business in the UK; there are restrictions on others.
