hi michael! me and my friend arrive at 17:10 in gatwick and we fly at 19:45 from heathrow! are there any hopes not to lose our plane?

I'm afraid I can't help you much directly, other than to give you some context.
Most airlines recommend that you leave at least 3 hours for transfers between Gatwick & Heathrow. That is because the journey between the two takes more than an hour alone. Add on customs time, check-in and the like and you are close to your limit.

The best advice I can give is for you to contact the airline which operates your flight out of Heathrow and ask if there is any facility to check-in late at Heathrow.
