Question
we are travelling to england from 9/12/07 -11/1/08. during our stay we would like to see snow. Where would we have to go to see snow.
thanks

Answer
Er, Switzerland?  Seriously, snow is a relative rarity in the southern half of England.  But if you go north, to Yorkshire, Cumbria, and especially over the border to the Highlands of Scotland, your chances increase. (We saw snow on the top of Scotland's Ben Nevis in June once).  You can even ski in Scotland, weather permitting.

Have a good trip!
