Question
Helllo,Mr. Smith.
I want more explain about this, during the modern period the dialect of the south-east of Englan was selected as the national language of Britain.
thanks for your help.

Answer
Hello Farton
In the 1980s the dialect of English spoken in the south-east of England, known as Estuary English, became regarded as the "true" English dialect. It's not officially accepted as such, but it's the dialect most people from overseas will recognize as typical English.
