Question
Hi my name is Jacy and i was wondering if you could answer my questions.

1.why did Elizabeth think so fondly of her father Henry vi even after he executed her mother Anne Boleyn.

2. how did Elizabeth stay so well loved by her people

Answer
Hello Jacy.
One of the reasons she thought fondly of her father is that she never really knew her mother. Young Royal children in Tudor times were brought up away from their parents and only saw them occasionally. Also Elizabeth was less than three years old when her mother was executed. Another reason is that from the age of nine she was looked after by her stepmother Katherine Parr, who was very good to her.
As Queen she was beloved by the people mainly because she brought peace to the realm, England stayed largely free from religious strife and stayed out of foreign wars as much as possible. She also left a subtle legacy that the English were a "chosen people" and out of that attitude the British Empire was born.
