If Diana and Charles would have remained married and he ascended to the throne would she have become queen?

Yes, As Prince Charles' wife she would have become Queen upon his accession to the throne. Camilla will become Queen one day, despite the story put about that she will have a special title other then Queen. The fact is that the wife of the King is a Queen.
