Question
when was the nave knocked down and why?
when were the transepts knocked down and why?
and finally what happened to the lady chapel?
if you can, can you give me some sites or information about british history within 1539-1559.

Thank you mark

Answer
Hello Tanisha. Where exactly is/was this church ? I should be able to give more information if I know where it is.
As for British history 1539-59 I rely more on books than websites, so any book on Henry VIII or better still the Reformation will be useful.
