Question
did john recognise all of his offspring sired by him and born out of wedlock

Answer
Hello John.
It's not known exactly how many illegitimate children King John fathered, figures range up to 12. As far as I know he acknowledged at least five.
Richard, who served his father as a Captain of troops during the Baron's Revolt.
Joan, who was given in marriage to Llywelyn ap Iorwerth, Prince of Wales.
Oliver, who is buried in Westminster Abbey.
Geoffrey.
Osbert.
There are others whom he may have recognized including John, Odo, Henry and another Richard. He seemed more inclined to recognize illegitimate sons rather than daughters.
