I initially stated that this wasn't my area of expertise; however, on reflection, I think I can help if I have more information.

Your question is worded oddly.  Do you mean "How did the English treat the slaves in England"?  Or, "How did the English manage the slave trade in Africa"?  The question as written is too vague to answer.  Try refining your question (and watch your capitalization as well).  I'll be happy to help if I have a better sense of what you're after.
